About Rank and Track Record

This article answers questions about Creator Rank and your experience record.

Q. Do experiences from before the site update count toward my rank?
A. No. Rank is counted equally for everyone, starting from experiences after the update. Experiences on or after August 17, 2026 are counted.

Q. My rank seems lower than other people's.
A. The rank system is new, and everyone started from 0 after the update. Everyone therefore starts at Silver or with no rank, and having less past activity does not put you at a disadvantage.

Q. I finished an experience, but it does not appear in "Total Projects Joined."
A. It is counted in "Total Projects Joined" when the company marks your application as "Provided." If the company has not yet completed this step, it will not be reflected.

Q. A campaign I applied to in the past shows as "Not selected."
A. This may be displayed, for example, when the company has stopped using the service. The number of campaigns where you were not selected is not visible to other companies, so it does not affect your future activities.
