Q. What is matching?
A. Matching is the step that lets you start exchanging messages with a company. Being matched does not mean the experience is confirmed. After matching, please arrange the schedule and other details by message before proceeding.

Q. When can I send messages to a company?
A. You can exchange messages only after matching. For applications the company has not matched, messages cannot be sent or received.

Q. Can I view my messages with companies from before the update?
A. Past messages have not been carried over to the new system. We had announced that the old system could be viewed until the end of September 2026.

Q. Can I reapply to, or change the schedule for, a campaign where I was not selected?
A. For campaigns where you were not selected, you cannot reapply or change the schedule.

Q. I want to change my preferred date before matching.
A. You cannot change the date before matching. Once matching is confirmed, please tell the company your preferred date by message.

Q. I matched, but the company has not replied to my message.
A. Please try sending a few more messages.

Q. I plan to visit Japan. Can I take part in campaigns such as accommodation?
